Script Description:Your guests will be able to browse rooms, check availability, and book reservations in real-time. Reservation details are immediately emailed to you, and a confirmation is sent to the guest. ADJUSTABLE SETTINGS: Edit contact information, price per additonal guest, management fee, taxes (on/off), tax details, high & low season dates, methods of payment, reg card terms, conditions and legal. PROPERTY & ROOM MAINTENANCE: add/edit categories, add/edit rooms, create/edit room photo galleries, create/edit room notes. RESERVATION MANAGEMENT: arrival reports, check availability, search reservations, view/print reg cards, book, edit and cancel reservations. FINANCIALS: collect credit card data, run revenue reports, record deposits, add/edit management expenses, tax calculations.
